I like celery or sage green with baby blue (and white). Find a shower curtains with baby blue and greens and choose a shade of green from it.

yellow! choose a buttery color it will make it look a little better, it goes great with blue, and it's a nice happy color to wake up to every morning
my sister has a blue toliet too and she painted it a cream color and i love it , its so pretty.
I would just go with white
